Butterfly Effect

The significance of the butterfly effect was first described in the 1960s by Edward Lorenz, an American mathematician and meteorologist. He said that small changes in a dynamic (i.e. ever-changing) system can lead to large variations in the long term. Even better known is a theory of chaos - if one more butterfly flaps its wings in one part of the world, it can cause a tornado in the other. This tells us that if we make just one small change (eating healthier, exercising 30 minutes a day, spending more time with loved ones, learning new things, etc.), that small change is sure to make a big difference for our future lives. In my opinion, all big things come down to small things.
