The legacy of our fathers has determined many things.
The most important isis that whether we are born as a boy or as a girl.
For a very long time there was a belief that it was the mother's fault if she couldn't deliver a dominant boy. We now know that it is up to the father if the mother's chromosome X meets chromosome X or Y.
(In the former case a girl is born, in the latter case a boy)
My opinion is that the feeling of fatherhood comes later than for mothers.
The mother can already feel the pulsation and movement of the fetus in her body, but the father's role is only begins later.
This does not mean that the father's role is less important.
The lucky ones are those who are raised by a loving mother and father together.
